Anjalee & Arjun Kapoor showcase their Jamawar Aria Couture Collection 2013 (1)

Anjalee & Arjun Kapoor the designer duo showcased their collection ‘Jamawar Aria’ at Eros Hotel. The showstopper for the fashion show Bollywood Actress Bipasha Basu looked stunning in the outfit by the designer duo embellished with SWAROVSKY ELEMENTS. Bridal couture has been redefined in the Jamawar Aria. The rich cultural heritage has been celebrated in the bridal line and Jamawar has been taken to a whole new level by the designers’ interpretation and imagination. Generous use of fine fabrics such as the rich velvet and Benarasi as the base for lehengas and anarkali suits has been made. Intense thread work embroidery has been meticulously worked upon. Tulle and cancan is extravagantly used as an accent, to create a lacy, floating look. Very interesting laser cut metallic belts have been introduced in the Jamawar Aria collection. These belts make a statement on their own and are instant eye catchers. These can be worn on sarees or with Kaftans and western garments.
